★How long will my order take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for items to be processed plus the additional 1-3 business days for shipping. Typically orders ship out same day if you order before 4pm, if not they ship out next day. Sneakers do not apply as they are custom and made to order.

★How long will my sneaker order take?

Please allow up to 1 month for sneakers to be customized! However, depending on order volume can take up to 2 months.


What if I ordered a pre-order item and a regular item?
Your entire order will ship together once your pre-order item is ready.

★Can I place a custom order?
Yes, email 65thstreetnj@gmail.com or send a DM on Instagram to us for all custom orders.

★"I think my order was lost in the mail!"
If you are tracking your order and you notice that your order is not moving or it was delivered but you have not received your order, you may file a claim with USPS. Please visit this link to file a claim: HTTPS://WWW.USPS.COM/HELP/CLAIM.HTM.

★How do I wash my items?
All tie-dye items are pre-washed. We recommend hand-washing your items inside out with cold water for best results. Please keep in mind these are hand-made so they will fade overtime and if over washed. If you do not like to hand-wash your items, please wash with cold water on dedicates cycle with nothing else. Please see tags inside each item for washing instructions.

★Can I return or exchange items?
